Christmas & New Year’s Eve: A Culinary Celebration
Bonjour mes amis! As the manager of The Refinery, I’m delighted to invite you to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with us. For over 20 years, The Refinery has been a Saigon institution, a little slice of France nestled amidst the vibrant energy of this incredible city. And what better way to celebrate the holidays than with a delicious French meal, good company, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for?
This Christmas and New Year’s Eve, leave the cooking and cleaning to us! We’ll be serving up our regular a la carte menu alongside some very special festive dishes, designed to tantalize your taste buds and bring a little French joie de vivre to your celebrations. Mais oui! There’s no set menu, because who likes being told what to eat at Christmas? You choose exactly what you want!
Please note: We will not be offering our set lunch menu on December 24th, 25th, and 31st, and January 1st. Dinner service as usual with our special menu.

But first! Every guest will receive a complimentary Amuse-Bouche – a delightful little puff pastry with a touch of cheese, a little something to awaken the palate and prepare you for the culinary journey ahead. We’ll let the chef surprise you, but trust me, it will be delightful!

| Mains | 24h Slow-Cooked Beef Short Rib with Red Wine & Robusta Sauce | Fall-off-the-bone tender beef short rib, cooked low and slow for maximum flavour, served with a rich red wine sauce infused with the local Robusta coffee for a unique twist. A truly decadent experience. |
